  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By downloading, installing, or using the MealPrely mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  2. License to Use
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology

  • Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the App

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the App

  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

  1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
    If you create an account to use the App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • Promptly update any changes to your information

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree to use the App only in ways that comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You will not:

  • Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature

  • Spam, send unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing activities

  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or servers

  1. User-Generated Content
    Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the App ("User Content") must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You grant MealPrely a royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App. We may, but are not obligated to, remove User Content that violates these Terms.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of MealPrely or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealPrely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.​

  4. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S OPERATION OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE APP. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW, MEALPRELY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  5. Termination of Account
    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request account deletion by contacting us at hello@mealprely.com.

  6. Third-Party Links and Services
    The App may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by MealPrely. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

  7. Payment Terms
    If the App offers paid features or services, you agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur. Payment terms, pricing, and billing details will be clearly displayed in the App. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  8. Privacy Policy
    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

  9. Governing Law
    These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portugal.

  10. Dispute Resolution
    If you have any disputes with MealPrely arising from these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or mediation as required by applicable law.​

  11. Changes to These Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
