TERMS OF USE (MealPreply)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MealPreply application ("App", "Service").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. Service operator

  1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Interfere with service infrastructure

  • Bypass technical or access restrictions

  • Use the Service for abuse, fraud, spam, or malicious activity

  1. Account and security

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activities under your account and must notify us of unauthorized access.

  1. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription.
Purchases are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play and are subject to their billing, auto-renewal, and refund rules.

  • Price and billing terms are shown in the App before purchase

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in your store account

  • Subscription management/cancellation is done via App Store / Google Play account settings

  • Restore Purchases is available to restore eligible purchases

  1. AI calorie estimation and medical disclaimer

AI calorie estimates are informational only and may be inaccurate.
The Service is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
For medical or nutrition decisions, consult a qualified professional.

  1. User content

You may upload content (for example, meal photos) to use Service features.
You represent that you have the rights required to upload such content.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to:

  • Provide the requested feature

  • Perform technical processing

  • Protect service integrity and prevent abuse

We do not publish your private content without your separate consent, except where required by law.

  1. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.

  1. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, security risks, or abuse.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion where available.

  1. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealPreply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

  1. Third-party services and links

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.
Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

  1. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
